What we do with what you tell us
You can call us and tell us nothing at all. If you send a request from this site instead, this page is every place it goes, everyone who touches it, and how long it stays with us.

The short version
Your request opens a text message on your own phone and a copy is filed with the shop so it cannot get lost. We keep that copy until you ask us to delete it. We do not sell it, trade it, or send it anywhere it is not needed to get your vehicle booked in.
What the request page asks for
- Your nameFirst name is plenty
- A numberOnly if you would rather we called
- An emailOnly if you prefer it to a phone call
- What you driveAsked only when your order cannot say
- A dayThe day you would like, which is a request and not a booking
- Your orderThe packages and add ons you picked, their prices, and the total
None of those first three are required. The order is the only part we cannot work without, and we ask for nothing else: no address, no payment details, no date of birth.
Where your request goes
It goes to two places in the same moment.
Your own messaging app
Your phone opens a message to 270 446 9070 with the order already written out. You send it, it travels through your carrier, and we read it when it arrives.
The copy filed with us
The site sends the same details to our own database at Cloudflare and emails them to [email protected].
The text is what reaches Mike in seconds. The filed copy is what stops your request disappearing if he misses the notification, and it is the reason we can answer you from a laptop instead of a phone screen.
The check on the request page
Cloudflare Turnstile runs quietly while you are on that page. It asks you for nothing and shows you nothing. It confirms there is a real browser sending the request before we file a copy, because a work order can be posted by a script with nobody behind it, and one was. Your IP address goes to Cloudflare as part of that check.
Your IP address
We hold it for about an hour, as a counter that stops any one sender posting more than six requests in that hour. It is never filed alongside your request and it is not kept once the hour is out.
How long we keep your request
Until we delete it. Nothing here runs on a timer: a request that came to nothing is marked lost and stays on the book, because the name and number of somebody who called last spring is how we recognize them when they call again. The email sits in the shop's inbox the same way any other message would.
Ask us and we will delete yours. That is the whole procedure.
What stays on your device
The order you build is kept by your own browser, for that tab and that visit only. It never leaves your device until you send it, and closing the tab clears it. We put nothing else on your machine.
Cookies and counting
We set no advertising cookies, and nothing on this site follows you anywhere else. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts which pages get opened, without cookies and without building a profile of you. The check on the request page may set whatever Cloudflare needs to run it.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts this site, serves every page, runs that check, and counts the visits. Resend carries the work order email into the shop's inbox. That is the entire list. Nobody buys this from us and nobody else is given it.
Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it
Call or text 270 446 9070, or email [email protected]. Tell us the name or the number you sent it under and we will tell you exactly what we have, or delete it, whichever you asked for.
If this site is hard for you to use
Email [email protected] or call the number above and we will take your request over the phone instead. If something on here does not work with the way you browse, tell us, because we would rather fix it than lose you.
